• Scrape or reverse-engineer the site or its data

We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access at our discretion if misuse or abuse is detected.

Creating an account requires a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.

When you submit a clan listing, you agree that:

• You are authorized to represent or promote the clan
• Your content does not violate copyright or third-party rights
• We may display your content publicly and promote it as part of the site

We reserve the right to edit or remove clan listings that violate our policies.

Our clan ranking system is powered by user votes. To maintain fairness:

• •Only one vote per person is allowed per voting period
• •We may use IP tracking, browser/device fingerprinting, and third-party services to detect manipulation
• •Users found abusing the system may be blocked, have their votes removed, and if determined to be acting on behalf of a clan, may also cause that clan to be permanently suspended from the platform

Some pages may link to third-party sites such as Discord servers or external clan websites. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or privacy policies of those external services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, bf6clans.com and its owners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or content within it.

When registering for paid tournaments hosted on bf6clans.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Registration Requirements: You must be the authorized leader or representative of your clan and have the authority to commit your team to participate.
• Team Selection Process: If registrations exceed available tournament slots, teams will be selected through a combination of manual selection and random draw. Selection decisions are final.
• Entry Fees & Refunds: If your team is not selected for the tournament, you will receive a full refund of your entry fee. Once selected, you must confirm your participation by the commitment deadline or forfeit your spot. After confirmation, entry fees are non-refundable unless the tournament is cancelled.
• Commitment Deadline: Selected teams must confirm their participation within the specified deadline (typically 48-72 hours). Failure to confirm will result in forfeiture of your spot, and your entry fee will not be refunded.
• Roster Requirements: Your team must have the minimum required number of players as specified in the tournament rules. Roster changes may be subject to approval.
• Forfeit Policy: If your team fails to show up for scheduled matches without prior notice, you may be disqualified from the tournament and future events. No refund will be issued for forfeited matches.
• Third-Party Platform: Tournaments are hosted on Nittik.com. By participating, you agree to Nittik's terms of service and rules. You will receive a tournament join code after confirming your participation.
• Prohibited Conduct: Cheating, exploiting, toxicity, or unsportsmanlike behavior may result in immediate disqualification and ban from future tournaments. Decisions regarding rule violations are final.
• Withdrawal Policy: You may withdraw from a tournament before the commitment deadline for a full refund. After confirming your participation, withdrawals will not be eligible for refunds unless due to tournament cancellation by organizers.

Tournament organizers reserve the right to modify rules, schedule, or format with reasonable notice. In the event of tournament cancellation, all entry fees will be fully refunded.
